1. Warranty Coverage

We offer a 14-day Quality Guarantee on our products. This covers defects in packaging and formulation under normal storage conditions.

This warranty covers:

  • Contamination or significant changes in product consistency/smell upon opening.
  • Incorrect items sent in your order.

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Individual Skin Reactions: We cannot guarantee results or "cure" acne, as skin types vary. We recommend a patch test before full application.
  • Improper Storage: Damage caused by exposing products to extreme heat, sunlight, or moisture (e.g., leaving a serum in a hot car).
  • Used Products: General dissatisfaction after using a significant portion of the product.

2. Duration of Warranty

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery and is valid for 14 days. Because skincare ingredients can degrade over time once opened, claims must be made promptly.

3. How to Claim Warranty

To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email us at info@zovirahub.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Proof: Include your Order Number and clear photos of the defective packaging or product issue.
  3. Assessment: Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days.

4. Resolution Options

Upon approval of your claim, Zovira Hub will:

  • Replace the defective item with a fresh unit at no additional cost.
  • Issue Store Credit if the specific item is out of stock.
  • Refund the purchase price if a replacement is not feasible.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Defective Items: If the product arrived damaged or broken, Zovira Hub will cover all shipping costs for the replacement.
  • Returns: If a return is requested for inspection, the customer may be responsible for initial return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon a successful warranty claim.

6. Important Exclusions

  • Clearance Items: Products marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are sold as-is and are not eligible for warranty claims.
  • Third-Party Sellers: This warranty only applies to products purchased directly from the Zovira Hub official website.
